Process
A simple sponsor process for the first version.
This page does not collect payments directly yet. It gives sponsors a clear contact path so the institute can verify the student, payment amount, agreement, and reporting consent first.
Send an inquiry
Tell admissions who you want to sponsor, how much you may support, or how many seats you want to discuss.
Confirm the fit
Admissions confirms intake availability, the student route, fees, payment dates, and any documents needed.
Sign the sponsor agreement
The sponsor or fee payer agreement records the amount, schedule, payment method, and reporting expectations.
Receive updates
Sponsors can receive monthly progress updates where the student has given valid consent.
What sponsors can ask about
- Which students need tuition support
- How to sponsor a specific admitted student
- How installment sponsorship works
- What receipts and payment records are provided
- How monthly sponsor progress updates work
- How employers, NGOs, or county partners can reserve seats
Reporting stays consent-based.
Sponsors can receive monthly progress updates only where the student has given valid consent or another lawful basis has been documented. Updates focus on attendance, lessons, Code Labs, assessments, submissions, project progress, feedback resolved, and payment status relevant to the sponsor.
Sensitive personal, medical, private, or unnecessary disciplinary information should not be shared through routine sponsor updates.
Ready to ask about sponsorship?
Send the sponsor name, sponsor type, student name if already known, amount or number of seats, and preferred contact method. Admissions will respond with the next step.
